Vegetation Control in an Electrical Environment

This course covers Vegetation Control in an Electrical Network Environment (Line Clearance).
It's a vital course because it ensures your staff are competent in each safety stage of vegetation control around electricity.

Course participants will be competent to the requirements of the ACOP for Treework Part 2: Maintenance of Trees Around Powerlines

Course participants will learn: Working in the Competent Worker Zone, Close Worker Zone, Electrical Hazard Awareness, Operation of Machinery in Close Proximity to Network Equipment, Minimum Approach Distances (MAD), Approved Code of Practice in Tree Work (Part 2). The course is taught by experienced line clearance technicians and linesmen.
