NZQA Unit 17150 - Identify trees used in arboriculture
This section is primarily for students and trainees doing NZQA Unit Standard 17150 Identify trees used in arboriculture.

Element 3 of this unit requires the student or trainee to correctly identify 100 plants by sight. Identification involves;
- correctly identifying the photo(s)
- writing out the botanical name (in correct botanical nomenclature)
- noting the main identifying features
- noting the main plant use
