Fantastic new course

This four module training programme is designed as a tool kit for existing supervisors or foremen and crew members who aspire or deserve to grow into team leadership roles.

The four modules can be completed one by one in preparation for promotion, or to improve the productivity of current Foremen, Supervisors and Team Leaders.

Alternatively, all four modules can be completed together in an intensive four day programme. This is ideal for companies expecting growth in their marketplace. You can get your stars ready for promotion and cut the cost of looking for new management (which we know is both expensive and time consuming).

This course can also make up part of your National Certificate in Horticulture or Arboriculture.

We have been successfully delivering this programme in conjunction with the NZHITO & Pipfruit NZ, since January 2010.

Our tutuor for this programme is Chris Elphick, who was a presenter at the 2009 NZ Arboricultural Association Conference in Blenheim.
